Requirements

Ability Prerequisite: Psychic Bolt, Meditate 85, Lore (Esoteric Power) 85; Int and Will 100; 

Fatigue Point Cost: 20 per use 

Merit Point Cost: 1500 

Action Type: Full Action

        You can unleash a psychic blast of energy in 90-foot cone. You use your Meditate Skill to attack with. Every sentient being in the area is granted a Willpower or Intelligence check to defend against the blast. Those that do not succeed in this check take 5 points of damage per Meditate Success to all their skills for 2d10 turns and are Staggered for 2d10 turns. Any non-sentient creature is instantly knocked unconscious for 2d10 turns. This is a Full Action to use and is a psychic energy effect. Every turn targets are granted a Willpower of Intelligence check at TS of 8 to negate these effects. This ability has a Fatigue Cost of 20  per use.
