      Displacer allows you to magically teleport one target that you can  see within range from one location to another unoccupied location that  you can see that is within range. Willing targets are instantly moved.   Unwilling targets are granted a Willpower check at a TS of 5, this TS  increases every three ranks once you gain access to this spell to a  maximum TS of 12. The location you specify must be able to support the  target freely.
