Arrows of Teleportation

These very rare arrows of iron-wood  are meant to teleport the user to the spot that the arrow lands at.  Occasionally (25% of the time 01-25), some of these arrows upon striking  a target such as most monster types will be teleported to within 5' of  the user of the arrow.  These come in groups of 5 arrows at a time and  can be used 1 time per Willpower modifier of the user before they are  drained of the magic.
